Colleen Bittner

Communications consultant and LGBT+ ERG board member at Progressive, Colleen Bittner is a seasoned communications consultant and project manager, using her skills to develop and execute on business-area specific and companywide diversity and inclusion initiatives.

As a member of the LGBT+ ERG National Board and Claims Diversity and Inclusion Council, Colleen works with board members, senior-level executives, ERG board chairs, and others to spearhead and support campaigns to further an inclusive work environment where visible and “beneath-the-surface” diversity are celebrated.
