Missy Chicre is the Vice President of Product Development and Consulting Services at Menttium Corporation. She is responsible for both enhancing existing programs and products, as well as developing new ones related to Menttium’s world-class mentoring programs. She also leads the consulting practice to ensure clients receive outstanding consulting, facilitation, and program delivery.

Prior to joining Menttium, Missy spent 12 years in various large corporations, including Cargill, Best Buy, and Accenture. She spent many years as a diversity and inclusion (D&I) leader, focused on transforming organizational culture to be inclusive and leverage diversity as a competitive advantage. At Cargill, Missy worked with businesses and functions around the world to develop diversity action plans and consult on D&I interventions. Missy also served in other roles within HR, including global employee experience and internal change management consulting. Before joining Cargill, she was D&I manager at Best Buy with responsibility for managing corporate employee resource groups and diversity training programs. Missy started her corporate career at Accenture in change management consulting.

Missy is bilingual in English and Spanish. She earned a master’s degree in Hispanic literature at the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree at Vanderbilt University.

Missy is passionate about the development and advancement of women, particularly working mothers. While at Cargill she founded and led the Working Mothers’ Network, a network dedicated to building confidence and competence among working mothers to navigate their careers and motherhood. Missy was a 2016 finalist for the TeamWomenMN WaveMaker Award for her leadership in helping women achieve their goals.
