Patricia Condé-Brooks is a bi-cultural and bilingual higher education professional with a strong background in diversity initiatives and programming in the area of advocacy, advising, mentoring, instructing, program development, multicultural leadership development, recruitment, and career development. Several years of experiences in career coaching with a strong concentration in diversity in the work force. She has extensive experience in diversity & inclusion, relationship cultivation and management, organizational change, leadership development, and advocacy. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Campus Inclusion and Community at the University of St. Thomas, and provides leadership training for “Mujeres de HACE” (Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement.)
A native of Bogota, Patricia received her Bachelors of Arts degree from East Central University, and the University of Oklahoma awarded her a Master’s degree in Human Relations/Counseling with an emphasis in Multicultural issues. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Organizational Development and Change Management at the University of St. Thomas. Her research focuses on the influence of cultural scripts and leadership.
