Company: Shadow Culture
Role: Session Presenter

Paul Riedner has an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, an economics degree from Carleton College, and he is a veteran of the Iraq War. Since leaving the Army, he has merged business, art, anthropology, and storytelling to connect the public with returning veterans, who represent a largely untapped/underutilized wealth of unique problem-solving abilities, ethical leadership, and values-based culture.

Paul is the owner and founder of Shadow Culture, a veteran advocacy consulting firm that provides veteran cultural competence training to help organizations that serve, hire, or market to the 2.6 million Americans who have served in Iraq and Afghanistan since 9/11.
