Renee Arrington-Johnson recently retired from her role as a senior industrial engineer at General Motors after 20 years of service. Renee served as the chair of the GM Able ERG for 11 years and has been a member for 18 years. She has actively championed the importance of the autonomous vehicle and other product features for persons with disabilities (PWD). She has personally contributed to design features for the vehicles and legislative guidelines for the GM public policy group.

As a retiree, she continues to advocate for laws that benefit PWD with a focus on autonomous vehicles and those who are blind or have low vision.
