Tammy Dickinson leads the Career Pathways work at the City of Minneapolis, using sector-based strategies to bring together training partners, employers, and community-based providers that prepare job seekers for careers in a variety of industry sectors. Her primary focus is to use data-driven approaches to match job seekers with competency-based trainings that provide the skills in demand by employers.

Tammy has more than 25 years of experience in workforce development with a strong concentration on creating experiential and work-based opportunities that put job seekers on a pathway for lifelong career success.
