Description

Have you thought about using e-learnings and other technological resources in your D&I strategy, but have wondered how to leverage them most effectively? Join us for an exploration of the concept of “blended learning” and a demonstration of how to spread out learning options across various modalities, including video, e-learning, and mobile job aids, in addition to the more standard classroom-style D&I training.

All attendees of this session will receive complimentary demo access to the technological tools shared in this session, available in multiple languages. During this interactive Learning Lab session, attendees will be able to ask questions and consider how technological tools can support their organization’s D&I learning and development strategy and how they can help overcome challenges due to geographic location, time zone, and remote employee base.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Be exposed to technological tools for enhancing learning and development in the D&I space.
  • Understand how e-learning, videos, and virtual sessions can complement classroom-style training through building a “blended learning solution.”
  • Explore multilingual tools through hands-on experience and interactive demonstrations, including complimentary access post-conference.
