Collective Impact for D&I Transformation Today

Description

We often tackle diversity and inclusion transformation from a process and program perspective OR targeted groups and individual leader development work streams. Our session will take you on a journey to do both simultaneously for maximum diversity and inclusion impact in your organization. Think “collective impact,” which by definition requires a structured collaboration of efforts from many players to solve business and social challenges. We believe that coordinating and combining basic D&I tactics deliberately around driving D&I impact can accelerate your organization’s progress toward workplace inclusion and inclusive leadership.

Through a series of facilitated discussions, prepared content and an interactive case study analysis, we will look at how to connect current organizational efforts to specific D&I goals and objectives on a departmental level. Attendees will have a chance to reflect on current leader development efforts and D&I initiatives and look for ways to connect and sequence them for greater D&I organizational impact. We will also equip leaders to build their own mini case study to pitch for implementation upon their return.

Learning Outcomes:

• Participants will look for and build synergies between their organization’s current leader development and organizational practices for diversity and inclusion impact.
• Participants will be able to identify and begin to solve for gaps in their own potential D&I executive coaching and departmental support program.
• Participants will create their own mini case study and framework for a D&I executive development and departmental support program to pitch post-conference.
