Michelle Thom and Patricia Condé-Brooks are doctoral students in the University of St. Thomas Organization Development and Change program. In a recent leadership class, they spent time exploring what diversity and inclusion leadership looks like in higher education. Ms. Thom will present her work on developing a process model for becoming a more effective diversity and inclusion leader in higher education. Ms. Condé-Brooks will present the results of her work on examining the role of Latina leaders in a higher education setting. The session will include two brief overviews of their work, as well as a brief discussion time.
