Description

What happens when you take an organization known for its outstanding execution and apply that approach to culture change? You get a culture change process that is highly effective, extremely engaging, and utterly approachable with unlimited organizational possibilities. In this session, we’ll share this innovative approach in which a client leveraged its annual global leadership meetings—a common organization practice—to engage the entire top leadership cohort so that they could do their own learning and development related to inclusion, and effectively lead others on the journey toward a more inclusive workplace.

We will outline this organization’s innovative pre-, during, and post-global leadership meeting process that can be used with any group to engage them in new ways of thinking, interacting, and accelerating change. We’ll also share what they’re seeing by connecting a culture of inclusion with their strength of execution, from enhanced business results to quicker times to market.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand how to position a culture of inclusion as a differentiator for business success.
  • Learn about an easily replicated, comprehensive learning journey that engages leaders and groups in accelerated culture change.
  • Discuss how to leverage technology for greater engagement of leaders in an accelerated learning process.
