oanne Reeck joined The Forum as interim executive director in June 2023. Reeck brings an extraordinary body of knowledge and experience to this new role, in which she oversees Forum 365 programming, operations, and strategic planning.
Reeck’s work with The Forum builds upon two decades of experience educating and training around issues of intercultural competency, social justice, and anti-oppression work. A skilled facilitator and DEI subject matter expert, she also serves as Augsburg University’s vice president for equity and inclusion. She is the founder and lead consultant for United for Change Consulting, LLC, and an Intercultural Development Inventory Qualified Administrator and Qualifying Seminar Faculty Member.
Like all of us at The Forum, Reeck believes that providing individuals and organizations with the awareness, knowledge, and skills necessary to work effectively across cultures leads to environments where all are affirmed in the entirety of their identities and able to reach their full potential.
