Description

HR professionals play many roles: coach, consultant, and strategic partner, to name a few. In this session, interactive theater (performed by professional actors) will be used to demonstrate various opportunities for you to impact D&I outcomes at your organization.

Examples of D&I best practices will be revealed using real-life scenarios from a variety of sectors. You will learn to diagnose challenging situations and explore options for productive, high-impact interventions.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Diagnose challenging situations and explore options for productive, high-impact interventions you can make as HR leaders.
  • Recognize ways in which your own thinking, unconscious biases, and behaviors can foster or inhibit a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Identify and practice alternative strategies for moving an organization along the D&I maturity framework.
