Description

The process for building a diversity and inclusion strategy is very similar to a business strategy. During the past 30 years, the process has not changed much. However, technology and having four generations of workers in the corporate space means that the traditional linear approach to strategy development is no longer effective.

What if you could provide employees with an active way to help improve the company’s corporate culture and/or contribute in a meaningful way to uncover new market niches for your business? Would you want to try it? If so, check out how you can leverage the knowledge and power of crowd thinking in designing and executing your diversity strategy. It is time to empower your community.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Provide diversity practitioners with suggestions and ideas for how they can leverage the knowledge of employees and employee resource groups to help strengthen their diversity strategies.
  • Introduce diversity practitioners to the concept of crowd thinking and micro-community building and its application in the diversity space.
