Description

The session will examine best practices on how global storytelling has driven the work and mission statement of international organizations, such as the World Bank Group and United Nations, forward. What are best practices and practical steps learned during the last 10 years working in this field?

Learning Outcomes:

  • Explanation of the South to South Cultural Capacity Building Program (SSCBP)—The World Bank Group identified a cultural knowledge exchange model called SSCBP which allows stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds to align their work and best practices.
  • Ignite speech and introduction on how global storytelling is part of the diversity and inclusion process.
  • Learn how inclusion as the Sustainable Development Goal number 17 is crucial to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.
