Description

There are many tools that D&I practitioners can use to measure their success in terms of LGBT+ inclusion, disability, and other forms of diversity. But how do companies know where they stand on religious diversity and inclusion? Moreover, how do companies fare on the topic of religious freedom? Tanenbaum and the Religious Freedom & Business Foundation present a new tool to do just that: The Corporate Diversity Index (CDI). Together with Accenture, a company that has worked on religious diversity and inclusion on a global scale and helped to shape the CDI, this session will explore the need to be proactive around religion on a global scale and how to implement and measure successful religious diversity and inclusion initiatives that take into account religious freedom.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Clarify the importance of being able to measure success in religious diversity and inclusion.
  • Understand how to measure religious diversity and inclusion success, using the CDI.
  • Explore the unique challenges and opportunities of a global religious diversity and inclusion initiative.
