Description

Through practical, real-world applications and exercises, participants will identify and explore the characteristics and needs of each generation in the workplace and learn how to leverage a multigenerational workforce’s differences toward a common business outcome.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Identify common characteristics/traits of the generations in today’s workforce
  2. Explore the characteristics and needs of each generation; turn potential sources of conflict into growth opportunities
  3. Determine strategies to engage each generation and create a high-performing organization
