Description
Many employees are tired of impersonal diversity and inclusion initiatives, sometimes with good reason. Despite companies spending around $8 billion annually on D&I efforts, a lackluster training can be boring and patronizing, designed more to check boxes than to make a real difference. But it doesn’t have to be that way! In this session, D&I Training—Gamified, attendees will play the award-winning game, CONTINEO™, a live-action interactive experience that brings diversity and inclusion training to life, while providing a safe space where even the most sensitive topics can be explored candidly and in confidence.
Teams will experience the excitement and learning firsthand as they compete through Contineo’s activities, discussions and challenges. They will also learn the reasoning behind the design, the scalable way that organizations roll this out to not just executives but all employees, and the virtual play extension that allows those on the road or working remotely to be included.
Learning Outcomes
- Build D&I awareness and acumen
- Clarify the business imperative for diversity and inclusion initiatives
