Description

Change is happening at the speed of imagination, often causing great confusion and strain on people and organizations. To be successful today, you need a diverse AND inclusive culture where trust and personal responsibility are high, and conditions and conversations break down barriers and replace them with agile, high-performing teams. That’s what we do.

We have not only created a Teal organizational culture model (characterized by purpose and values, personal responsibility, emotional intelligence, shared power and self-governance) but we’ve proven its viability within multiple corporate entities. You can set an objective to create a diverse and inclusive community, but if you don’t address the HUMAN component systemically, your results will always disappoint and fail. In this session, we offer you a proven framework and implementation road-map for adoption of a Teal culture model, which has resulted in normalization of healthy inclusive organizations and real-world success stories.

Learning Outcomes
  • Learn how to implement a framework for an INCLUSIVE culture organization-wide for healthy cross-functional teamwork
  • Understand how and why to replace outdated control models with a responsibility-based culture model
  • Identify ROI performance targets, and how to measure, track and achieve them
