Description

Land O’Lakes team up to share how they collaborated to solve the challenge of creating meaningful D&I training opportunities for front-line production employees.

Most traditional training programs are challenging, if not impossible, to implement when discretionary time is short and technology is not always accessible. Realizing that front-line production is a key population that they could not afford to ignore, Land O’Lakes worked with Mind Gym to create a customized solution that enables managers to share bite-sized bits of learning and activity that reinforce desired inclusive culture values.

Learning Outcomes
  • Understand the challenging dynamics of educating employees who are harder to reach with traditional training
  • Explore proven strategies to overcome the barriers to effective inclusion training for ALL employees
  • Define target areas for implementation in your organization
