Description

There is observable change in the air of workplaces. Many are encouraged by new support for diversity and inclusion where none existed. Yet there is still little strategic planning around crafting more introvert-friendly workplaces. While small changes like remote work options and quiet rooms are positive moves that cater to the half of the population that identifies as introverts, most organizations lack an understanding of the breadth of viable changes they can put in place to harness introvert talent.

You will learn about cutting-edge research and examples of pockets of excellence in organizations where introverts thrive. You will also learn how cultures around the world are changing to recruit and retain introvert talent, engage introverts in meetings, and flex leadership styles to get the best out of everyone.

Learning Outcomes
  • Benchmark your workplace to high-performing introvert-friendly workplaces
  • Understand five key challenges introverts have at work
  • Create a prioritized list of specific actions you can take as a leader or team member to address the preferences of introverts
