Description
As workplaces evolve, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) will need to evolve along with them. With organizations setting a keen eye toward innovation and the future of work, ERGs are uniquely positioned to ensure that organizations are approaching these things through a diversity and inclusion lens.
In this session, two ERGs representing different industries, dimensions of diversity, and objectives will share how they have driven business and workplace innovation through innovation of their own. Session participants will then have the opportunity to create an action plan by leveraging the expertise of not only the presenters but their fellow participants through an interactive session.
Learning Outcomes
- Deepen your understanding of the importance of D&I in creating a culture of innovation
- Gain insight into the how-tos, challenges, and critical partnerships needed for ERGs to drive innovation
- Examine the opportunities for your ERG and/or organization to support and influence innovation
