Description

How do we meet constituent needs in a rapidly evolving environment? Global leaders need flexible strategies to reach their diverse audiences, keep up with changing needs, and continuously expand and adapt their training approaches. This highly interactive session engages attendees in a truly experiential process, from the moment you walk in until you exit, encouraging active participation in several learning activities involving communication styles, cultural values and dimensions, intercultural team-building, and train-the-trainer discussions of adaptations and applications of activities and learning strategies.

Expand your skill set and explore ways to move your teams to higher levels of understanding, productivity and success using innovative experiential methods. Participants will be guided through learning how to adapt experiential methods and activities to training needs and will observe and discuss best practices in facilitation of intercultural learning.

  • Expand design, adaptation and facilitation skills by utilizing a variety of new tools and concepts
  • Address challenges rooted in rapid change by maximizing creative approaches to various training contexts
