Yet, many front-line managers do not receive training for how to handle a diverse group of new employees, or how to navigate the polarizing social issues impacting today’s workforce.
Join Aperian Global co-founder and managing partner, intercultural expert Dr. Ernest Gundling, and certified master executive corporate coach and leadership and inclusion thought leader Mercedes Martin for a 90-minute workshop where they share best practice recommendations for front-line managers in developing the full potential of their team while creating an inclusive and collaborative workplace.
