Description

Front-line managers are responsible for hiring, developing and retaining the increasingly diverse population of new employees. Yet, many front-line managers do not receive training for how to handle a diverse group of new employees, or how to navigate the polarizing social issues impacting today’s workforce.

Join Aperian Global co-founder and managing partner, intercultural expert Dr. Ernest Gundling, and certified master executive corporate coach and leadership and inclusion thought leader Mercedes Martin for a 90-minute workshop where they share best practice recommendations for front-line managers in developing the full potential of their team while creating an inclusive and collaborative workplace.

Learning Outcomes
  • Foster a meaningful dialogue on the different forms of bias in the workplace
  • Examine the ways front-line managers struggle to meet the demands of leadership while providing practical, flexible support to their direct reports in an unbiased way
  • Identify and learn strategies on self-reflection
