A core leadership purpose is to convene people for the sake of a shared and inclusive future. The Nine Steps to Collaboration integrates purpose with convening practices to discover what is at the heart of the matter for people to create cultures of trust, inclusion and equity, allowing people to know how to participate and why it matters, and to make a lasting and meaningful contribution.

  • We will explore how your personal values, linked with emotional intelligence practices, will help you move from situational managing to the next level of collaborative leadership—collaborative leaders plan and design for creating cultures of trust, inclusion and equity.
  •  We will explore how to sync your personal values with organizational or community values for greater effectiveness and sustainable, replicable outcomes toward creating a shared future
