The global trends of inequality and climate change, as outlined by the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals, have become of increasing importance to businesses of all sizes. Therefore, aligning diversity and inclusion and corporate responsibility strategies in efforts to form a cohesive social sustainability approach becomes a recipe for success among progressive, forward-thinking companies.
