Description

If you’re sick and tired of incremental progress and leaders and employees who look to you to “fix” diversity, equity and inclusion, this is the session for you! And if you want to know how to create a strong consultant/client partnership built on respect and trust, we’ve got you covered there, too.

We teamed up more than three years ago and built an innovative approach that created a conscious culture of everyday inclusion at Cisco. We’ll be pulling back the curtain on how we went about doing that, and sharing our ‘how to’ including all of the twists, turns, stalls and leaps forward we took along the way.

Learning Outcomes

• Learn how to shift inclusion from being programmatic to driven by habitual behavior and embedded in culture
• Learn how to pivot and adapt to meet changing needs and priorities while staying focused on the long-term goal
• Learn best practices for execution and measurement of innovative solutions
