Join Rev. Mark Fowler, CEO of the Tanenbaum Center for Interreligious Understanding, and Dr. Khyati Y. Joshi, author of White Christian Privilege and professor of education at Fairleigh Dickenson University, as they discuss Christian privilege, normativity, and hegemony in the United States. Attendees will learn more about the ways in which white Christian privilege disadvantages racial and religious minorities in America – and how workplaces can proactively counter those disadvantages.

Learning Outcomes

• Come to understand the role of white Christian privilege in the workforce
• Begin to understand how to dismantle Christian privilege and supremacy culture
• Learn examples of how to support religious minorities or non-religious identities
