Description

Are you working in or with global organizations, or managing intercultural teams? Have you experienced cultural challenges that impacted inclusivity, team effectiveness, or delivering results?

Join us for this interactive session where we’ll share stories “from the field” on common cultural assumption traps that leaders have made from a U.S.-centric lens, how they responded, and what they learned as a result. You’ll participate in self-learning and group learning activities, and will come away with resources and tips from global leaders as well as the collective expertise in the room.

Learning Outcomes

• Learn: Gain an understanding of common cultural assumption traps from a U.S.-centric lens
• Identify: Raise self-awareness of your own cultural preferences in relation to other cultures
• Apply: Mitigate the impact of cultural assumptions to foster inclusivity and achieve better results
