Description

The pandemic presented the world with the opportunity to transform the workplace, and many organizations have chosen to continue a hybrid model for remote work in combination with on-site collaboration. Yet how does a hybrid setting forward or impede inclusion?

Whether it’s how a team makes decisions, shares information, or provides digital tools, it’s key to consider the various dimensions of role, location, power, and identity of each team member to ensure an inclusive environment is created. In this session, Jodi Detjen will share best practices for cultivating inclusive conditions and protocols for remote and hybrid teams.
