Description

Employ diversity and inclusion training that works. Through case studies, we’ll explain how we incorporated the neuroscience of behavior change into an intelligent delivery mechanism, allowing the learner to receive calendared coaching events and nudge prompts to reflect on the learning practice after it was performed.

There are no prerequisites of knowledge or experience regarding machine learning or AI.

Learning Outcomes

• Walk away identifying a great place to begin a behavioral change program in your organization
• Design a learning experience that is individualized, and includes live training and AI-driven coaching
• Develop a risk profile to identify and mitigate risks associated with launching behavior-change learning
