Description

The next phase of inclusion needs to address the realities of living in a digitally equipped world. Inclusion 4.0 looks at where organizations must now develop. It looks at how to embed inclusion into overall strategy and operations, as well as how to attract, recruit, retain, and upskill a diverse team that gains competitive advantage and is greater than its parts. It addresses how automation, AI, technology, and remote working present new inclusion challenges to overcome.

Supported by case studies, real-world examples, and practical advice, this session looks to the future of inclusion at work. Delivered by leading D&I voice Stephen Frost, this session will help you start tackling new inclusion problems and embedding inclusivity in workplace AI, tech, and remote working.
