Description
Performance measurement in organizations is not something new. However, during the past 30 years or so, organizations have realized that financial measures alone are not sufficient for evaluating the success of an enterprise and solving the “X-Factor” of accurately predicting the ROI impact of inclusion initiatives on the bottom line.
There is a distinct difference between generating “outputs” from scorecard action plans and producing strategic outcomes and intended transformational impacts. “Strategic outcomes” and “intended transformational impacts” are defined as: “the planned, intended measurable result or effect of an action, situation, or event; something that follows due to a planned execution of measurable actions which result in intended consequences that add measurable value and drive evidence-based change.”
This advanced, next-level evolutionary process is designed to help diversity professionals develop an advanced “intentional diversity scorecard” that drives results!
Learning Outcomes
• Locate gaps in the theory or logic of an inclusion program or initiative and resolve them
• Demonstrate tangible, “evidence-based” ROI results that show “inclusion” as a measurable investment
• Improve the accuracy and credibility of your inclusion metrics and analytics
