The Oasis provides space to rest, restore, or reset throughout the day.
Situated in a corner space with natural lighting, anti gravity chairs, yoga mats, meditation cushions, and prayer rugs.
Technology-free zone close enough to the activity to be convenient for short breaks yet remote enough to provide restoration for as long as desired.

Designed as a “conference within a conference” — participants can self-select areas of interest for focused, small group exploration and dialogue around topics most relevant at the current stage of their DEI leadership.
The Diversity Executive Forum (DEF) is by invitation only.

Participate in one of 18 small group coaching sessions over two days in-person or three days on Virtual+ .
DEI subject matter experts lead sessions to provide outcome-focused assistance you can apply immediately in the workplace.
Seats are limited to 20 participants per session.

New for 2023 — Field trips!
Day 1 of the 2023 Forum will offer a new type of learning in the form of 3-5 hour immersive sessions outside the conference venue in Twin Cities locations specific to the topic of learning.
Highly participatory experiential sessions will be led by skilled presenters around three topics: Native American History, Religion and Race.
