Description

What if there was a way to build the individual and collective muscle within organizations to adapt powerfully to change?

Companies are encountering unknown territory as they attempt to respond to internal and external impacts. While the “why” and the “what” of DEI work is clear, companies are collectively struggling with the “HOW.” Companies are made up of individuals and, at the same time, each individual needs to see their part in the collective that is creating the shifts in DEI.

Relational Power models are perfectly suited for the uncertainty of our current-day realities as they give people the paradigm shifts needed to combine forces for collective change. They offer the ability to facilitate rapid shifts at the level of identity, clearing the path for DEI transformation individually and collectively.

This session highlights how Relational Power enables people to continually open up innovations with powerful tools and blow past seeming roadblocks as an accelerator for successful DEI initiatives, providing rapid results and innovative DEI tools.

Learning Outcomes:

• Leverage Relational Power models and tools to dismantle systemic racism and privilege in the workplace
• Understand ways to accelerate DEI transformation at the individual and organizational levels of identity with the DEI Organizational Skills Matrix
• Learn innovative ways to design and measure individual and organizational transformation — from self-awareness to policies, practices, and norms
