Description

Conversations around inclusion at work use words like authenticity, bravery, and showing up as you are — but what do these words practically mean when so many workplaces are set up to safely support us?

In this talk, Nate Shalev will discuss their experiences as an autistic, trans, and queer person at work. They’ll provide tips for self-advocacy and tips to support coworkers that go beyond accommodations.
