Build, Engage, and Retain Diverse Teams

Description

In this workshop, leaders will learn skills to help build, engage, and retain a more diverse team. They will learn everyday behaviors and skills to improve their team’s collective engagement and belonging — and the results they get together.

Learning Outcomes:

• Activate talent: Help each team member feel seen and valued so that they can engage and contribute at their highest level
• Foster a culture of belonging: Reinforce a culture in which every team member is willing to express themselves and invest their effort in the group
• Reduce bias in decision-making: Teach leaders how to reduce bias across the talent lifecycle (hiring, performance management, succession planning)
