Are you “Zoomed out?” Are you struggling to cultivate inclusion in a virtual workplace? If so, this workshop is for you.

You, like many other professionals, may be feeling emotionally drained running from virtual meeting to virtual meeting. Although working from home has its rewards, it can also take an emotional and physical toll on your mental and emotional space. If you are an HR professional who is in the manager or leader role, you are probably trying to figure out how to keep your employees and teams engaged.

According to Business Insider, “Zoom has 300 million daily meeting participants. That’s an increase of 2,900% since December 31, 2019, when 10 million daily meeting participants logged on.”

In this session, participants will learn 10 surefire strategies to cultivate inclusion in a virtual workplace.

Learning Outcomes:

• Utilize virtual tools such as annotation, chat, and play theory to make virtual meetings more engaging
• Understand personality types, gender, and generational disparities that can make virtual meetings more equitable
• Learn how the seven types of power can impact virtual meetings, and apply 10 surefire strategies to cultivate inclusive meetings and work teams
