The question we get asked most when speaking with businesses about diversity and inclusion — and really the basis for the work we do — is, “How do I effectively implement change in my organization?”

In this workshop, we’ll discuss how we must foster individual AND systemic change for progress to be made and share ways that an individual can spur change within their own systems.
