Description
Partnerships are key to creating measurable positive outcomes and exponentially increasing impact for the communities we support. Through a case study, learn how two nonprofits have joined together with the private sector to advance inclusive and economic opportunities for young people.
Thought leaders in this session will go beyond strategy and tactics to explain how collaboration among private, public, and nonprofit entities can create access to equitable opportunities that serve as pathways for high school students and young adults to achieve economic mobility in all employment sectors and industries — now and as we build a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce.
Learning Outcomes:
• Learn about strategies that can be put into impactful practice when it comes to nonprofit and private sector collaboration with steps to get started
• Leverage learnings to create or build up equitable and inclusive opportunities for young adults and help boost diverse talent pipelines
• Maximize partnership opportunities given today’s ever-evolving competing workforce — for individuals and employers — and the communities we work with
