Many believe that the pandemic was the cause of The Great Resignation. When in actuality, the pandemic was an accelerator for a trend that had already been going on.

Throughout this pandemic, people have progressively realized what really matters to them in life — and they are taking action based on whether or not a given employer has had the same realization.

The needs of our workforce have shifted dramatically and only organizations that ground themselves in our shared humanity can attract and retain excellent teams. In this session, we will look at the trend of employees leaving, and explore the causes and potential solutions that leaders can use.
