Small Group Coaching Session 

In-Person Attendees

  • March 27, 2023 – 9:00am – 10:15am CT
  • March 28, 2023 – 8:30am – 9:45am CT

Virtual+ Attendees

  • March 27, 2023 – 9:00am – 10:15am CT
  • March 28, 2023 – 8:30am – 9:45am CT
  • March 29, 2023 – 8:00am – 9:15am CT

Participate in one of 18 small group coaching sessions over two days in-person or three days on Virtual+ . DEI subject matter experts lead sessions to provide outcome-focused assistance you can apply immediately in the workplace. Seats are limited to 20 participants per session.

  • 75-minute sessions.
  • Select from one of nine specific DEI management or executive and leadership development topics (some sessions repeat).
  • Coaches will answer individual participant questions and facilitate group conversations.
  • Pre-register for your session on the conference platform. Limited slots are available.

You will collaborate with participants to unpack conference learnings, discuss critical issues and identify solutions. Seats are limited to 20 participants per roundtable.

DEI Professionals Affinity Group Meetings

In-Person Attendees Only

Thought leaders will facilitate dynamic conversations on issues impacting specific affinity groups of DEI professionals and DEI Council, ERG, DEI-related, Committee members, etc.
