The Forum on Workplace Inclusion, a program of Augsburg University, announced today that Steven Humerickhouse will step down as executive director of The Forum at the end of May.
“Under Steven’s leadership over the past 21 years, The Forum has grown from a one-day conference to one of the world’s leading conveners on issues of workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion,” said Augsburg President Paul C. Pribbenow. “We are grateful for his legacy of connection, engagement, and transformational learning experiences in service of a world where people and organizations thrive.”
Through webinars, podcasts, professional development labs, and special events, The Forum offers year-round programming that engages DEI practitioners worldwide in creative exploration and collaborative learning. Joanne Reeck, Augsburg’s vice president for equity and inclusion, will oversee Forum operations for an interim period.
