Rates

STANDARD BOOTH – $1,000
Includes the following:

  • Customize your Virtual Booth to showcase products & services via text, links, images, and file downloads
  • Meet with attendees directly through a zoom room during Virtual Exhibit hours.
  • Chat functionality to reach out to attendees outside of Virtual Exhibit hours
  • Receive data showing who visits your booth (analytics)
  • One (1) conference comp*

PREMIER BOOTH – $1,800
Includes the following:

  • Everything in the Standard Booth
  • Ability to add video to your booth
  • Ability to have polling on your booth
  • Two (2) conference comps*

*Exhibitors receive a complimentary booth staff registration, 2 for a premier booth, which serve as an all access pass to the conference. If an exhibitor would like additional booth staff beyond the complimentary staff, please email workplaceforum@augsburg.edu.

Notes on Registration

Registering a booth does not mean you are registered as a conference attendee. If you wish to participate in the conference in any capacity (i.e., working your booth and/or attending workshops), you must complete a conference registration.

To receive the registration comp code for booth staffers (1 for standard booth, 2 for premier booth), please email workplaceforum@augsburg.edu. This code grants full access to the conference.

Any booth staff above the allotted number of comps must register for the conference at applicable pricing. Alternatively, we offer a free “Marketplace only” registration option, which limits registrants to their booth (no access to workshops or any other conference features). If you are interested in this option, please email workplaceforum@augsburg.edu.

Cancellations

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing (email acceptable) by February 8, 2021. A refund of the full exhibitor booth cost, minus $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests made after February 8, 2021. Submit all requests via email to: workplaceforum@augsburg.edu.

The Forum regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
