Amy DeVylder Levanat is co-founder and leader of Willis Towers Watson’s CHRO Thinking Ahead Group, which was established to provide a forum for innovative, disruptive, and early-adopter CHROs to share findings, conduct research, and prioritize and collaborate on topics that are driving their global human capital business agenda. She has spent her career working with complex global organizations to connect their external brands with both their customer experience as well as the experience of their employees through their human capital programs.
Amy has devoted considerable time focused on the commercial development of Willis Towers Watson Human Capital offerings, as well as the development and execution of Willis Towers Watson’s next generation client development program, identifying the attributes, skills and behaviors required for future client management roles. She has overseen numerous large, complex, global assignments, and has a demonstrated track record working with leaders and change.
Amy resides in Connecticut with her husband and three children, and she is actively involved in the local community. She has a B.A. in communications with a marketing focus from Fairfield University.
