Amy Stern

Amy Stern is the director of Research and Strategy at BI WORLDWIDE, a global firm that inspires people to change beliefs and behaviors to produce results. Her research has resulted in peer-reviewed publications, invited lectures, research awards, and faculty positions at two universities.

Amy’s deep understanding of research allows her to bring rigorous thinking to a topic while maintaining a fresh, innovative perspective. Her four years as research director at BI WORLDWIDE have primarily been spent advising companies on how to create an employee value proposition that promotes a happy and productive workforce, identifying what drives employee behavior, even if the employee cannot quite put a finger on it.

Amy brings a master’s degree in experimental psychology, focusing on unconscious motivators of human behavior.
