As the managing partner of Redwood Consulting Partners, Angela Durham brings deep organizational experience and business savvy to client partnerships, helping them align systems, talent, and culture with organizational outcomes. Drawing on her background in leadership, neuroscience, psychology, and learning, Angela understands how to unlock the best in people, and helps organizations rise to their potential. During the past decade, her signature experiences like Team Leadership for Inclusion and Belonging have helped organizations recognize individual differences and strengthen team alignment while other programs, such as Living and Working in COVID-19 and Resilience for Women, supported essential employees on their return to work.

Angela has more than 25 years of experience consulting with businesses, universities, and nonprofit organizations. Corporate clients include Fortune 500 companies like American Express, ConEd, and Morgan Stanley as well as such companies as Madison Square Garden, Carver Federal Savings, First American International Bank, L3 Technologies, and Moody’s.

She has worked with Columbia University, Rutgers University, and the Wharton School, as well as nonprofits such as UNICEF, Ashoka, and the National School Boards Association.

Angela is an engaging thought leader and has led numerous client programs in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. She is passionate about amplifying the insights and perspectives of women and minority leaders through such programs as CALIBR Global Leadership Symposium, Paradigm for Parity®, Pacesetters for the Financial Women’s Association, and the OASIS Program for university professors. Angela has shared her expertise at industry conferences for The Society of Consulting Psychologists, New York Association of Psychological Type, and the National Association of Securities Professionals, among others.

Prior to Redwood Consulting Partners, Angela was the Chief Diversity Officer for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, a Fortune 500 company, weaving diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies into business operations to enhance employee experience and support business goals. She has extensive experience helping C-Suite executives navigate change and growth in both business and global human capital functions, having held a series of progressively senior roles for such companies as IBM, Citibank, Merrill Lynch, and Lehman Brothers.

Angela was born in Germany and raised in a military family, giving her an early appreciation for living and working in multicultural environments. After studying at the Institut Supérieur des Affaires in France, she earned an MBA from The Wharton School of Business and is credentialed by both the NeuroLeadership Institute and International Coach Federation. She resides with her family in the New York Metro area.
