Is It Possible to Activate Allyship for a Global Workforce? Tools from LinkedIn’s Allyship Program
Arlyne Marella (she/her) is currently a senior Global Program manager on the Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging team at LinkedIn. Her work is focused on creating an environment of belonging with a lens on global allyship through the Allyship Academy program. Arlyne has also supported initiatives such as LinkedIn’s LEAD Grow program, which helps to develop top Black and Latino talent.
She was previously a senior Customer Success manager in LinkedIn’s Learning Solutions division for seven years, with the responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and developing employees on products for maximum effectiveness.
Prior to joining LinkedIn, she gained experience as an HR generalist at Nordstrom, a major global retail business. Outside of LinkedIn, Arlyne runs a fashion and lifestyle blog and podcast aimed at growing the body positivity movement and helping others to grow their confidence and self-love.
