Ashley Casiello

Ashley Casiello is UChicago Medicine’s senior consultant for Workforce Development. Prior to UCM, Ashley led community programs at the Gary Comer Youth Center, and is highly motivated by organizations pursuing increased equity and systems change for marginalized communities.

Though she moved to Chicago in 2016, you will find that she is still more of an East Coaster than a Midwesterner, having been born and raised in Massachusetts. Ashley also studied Political Science and German at Columbia University in New York City and is currently a graduate student at the Booth School of Business.

When she’s not working or studying, you can find her listening to NPR’s Snapped Judgement Presents: Spooked podcast, painting at her easel, or playing the game Animal Crossing.
