She is recognized for the ability to lead diversity recruitment and selection efforts designed to support business goals and objectives.
Ashlie’s upbringing on the rural Oregon coast has provided her with a unique voice to initiate and challenge diversity dialogues and initiatives. She is dedicated to closing the opportunity gap for underrepresented populations, thereby increasing access and creating innovative environments as a result of diversity.
