Betsy Rahill is the director of Talent Strategy at UChicago Medicine and leads the Talent Strategy team, driving the organization’s efforts to obtain, retain, and develop a strong and diverse workforce that represents UCM values and the communities they serve.

Prior to joining the UChicago Medicine team in 2016, Betsy spent several years driving innovation and strategy within the talent acquisition function at New York’s No. 1 hospital, NewYork-Presbyterian. Prior to joining the healthcare field, Betsy worked at one of New York’s top executive search firms as a leadership recruiter.

Betsy is a certified Talent Strategist, a certified Behavioral Interview Trainer, a Hogan Assessment coach, and maintains certification in HCI Strategic Workforce Planning. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and is a graduate of Chicago Booth’s Executive Program for Emerging Leaders.
